One team across the whole product cycle
We build websites, mobile apps, chatbots and course platforms. More than 60 projects delivered. Average website build: 7 days. Warranty on code: 12 months. Systems monitored around the clock.
One team owns the project: analyst, designer, developer and QA. That costs more than assembling a template, and it is exactly what the client is paying for — the product is designed around the problem rather than bent to fit a ready-made shell.
Rules that don't change from project to project
Payment
Under contract, usually 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Larger projects are split into stages. Payment by invoice, with closing documents provided.
Price
After the brief we write down the scope and give a fixed quote. While the scope holds, the price holds. New requests are quoted separately and agreed in writing.
Timeline
Written into the contract; progress is visible in a shared chat and task tracker. If a delay is on us, we compensate with support hours.
Ownership
The site and its source code belong to the client. After payment we hand over the domain, hosting, repository, design files and documentation.
Support
Dedicated hours each month for edits, updates and security, backups, uptime monitoring, and a reply within one business day.
Paperwork
We operate formally: contract, invoice and closing documents. The format works for public tenders too.

We work remotely across the country: project status lives in a shared chat and tracker, so being in the same city isn't required. Sites are built in three languages by default — Russian, Kazakh and English, with a switcher and separate SEO URLs per version. In Kazakhstan that isn't an option, it's the norm.
A registered business
Full details, including bank information, are sent together with the invoice.
