What we built

We collect and clean up the knowledge base — that's half the work. The assistant answers strictly from your data and says "let me check" when the data isn't there: it must not invent. On top of that it triages incoming enquiries and generates descriptions and copy. We monitor answer quality and tune the assistant on logs from real conversations.

How the work runs

The same for every package and every product — only the length of each stage changes.

Call and brief

We work through the problem, the constraints and the deadline. The call is free and commits you to nothing.

Quote and contract

We write down the scope and give a fixed quote for it. Contract signed, invoice issued.

Design and prototype

You see the structure and mockups before development starts — changes are cheap at this stage.

Build and testing

Status is visible in a shared chat and task tracker. We show work in progress rather than hiding it until delivery.

Launch and support

We hand over the domain, hosting, repository, design files and documentation. Then support under contract.

Frequently asked

How is the price set, and can it be fixed?

After the brief we write down the scope and give a fixed quote for it. While the scope holds, the price holds. New requests are quoted separately and agreed in writing.

How does payment work?

Under contract: usually 50% up front and 50% on delivery; larger projects are split into stages. Payment by invoice, with closing documents provided.

Who owns the site and the source code?

You do. After payment we hand over the domain, hosting, repository, design files and documentation. You can continue with us or with any other team.

What does support include?

Dedicated hours each month for edits, updates and security, backups, uptime monitoring, and a reply within one business day.
