What drives the price — why is a landing page from $100 and a store from $1,500?
The amount of logic, not the number of pages. A landing page is design, build, a lead form and analytics. A store adds a filtered catalogue, cart, Kaspi and card payments, delivery states and 1C sync — each of those has to be designed, built and tested. The listed price is the floor; we give the exact quote after a short call, free of charge.
How is the price set, and can it be fixed?
After the brief we write down the scope and give a fixed quote for it. While the scope holds, the price holds. New requests are quoted separately and agreed in writing.
How does payment work?
Under contract: usually 50% up front and 50% on delivery; larger projects are split into stages. Payment by invoice, with closing documents provided.
What if the timeline slips?
Deadlines are in the contract and progress is visible in a shared chat and task tracker. If a delay is on us, we compensate with support hours.
Who owns the site and the source code?
You do. After payment we hand over the domain, hosting, repository, design files and documentation. You can continue with us or with any other team.
Do you build multilingual sites?
Yes — multilingual is standard practice in Kazakhstan. Usually Kazakh, Russian and English, with a switcher and separate SEO URLs per version.
What does support include?
Dedicated hours each month for edits, updates and security, backups, uptime monitoring, and a reply within one business day.
